Eligibility for Returns

    • Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.
  2. Condition of Products:
    • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
    • Products that are damaged, tampered with, or partially used are not eligible for returns.
  3. Eligible Products:
    • Perishable items (like tofu and soy café nutrient) are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

Process for Returns

  1. Contact Us:

    • Provide your order ID, receipt, and a brief explanation of the issue.
  2. Inspection:
    • Upon receiving your return request, we may ask for photos of the product for verification.
  3. Return Approval:
    • If approved, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to ship the product back.
    • Shipping costs for returning items are non-refundable and must be covered by the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Policy

  1. Refund Eligibility:
    • Refunds are only issued for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
    • No refunds are provided for change-of-mind purchases.
  2. Refund Processing:

Exchanges
