- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Products that are damaged, tampered with, or partially used are not eligible for returns.
- Eligible Products:
- Perishable items (like tofu and soy café nutrient) are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
Process for Returns
